Keith estimated the job and did it for the price he estimated. His folks were timely, extremely neat (despite having to tear up concrete and pour concrete in a basement that could only be accessed from inside), and worked efficiently. We were very pleased. We needed mold remediation services after having an issue with our gutters that caused water to sit in the crawl space. Shamrock Waterproofing cleaned the beams with an antimicrobial cleaner and installed a new 6 MIL vapor barrier on about 1500 sq. feet of space. They did a great job, and I would use them again. Their estimate was significantly less than the competition. They were very responsive to my questions and helpful in determining the right solution for my home. The work took less than 1 day.

Initial quote was close to final invoice. Had others come to look at the problem and didn’t even return our call. Shamrock right away understood what needed to be done and offered a solution. They were recommended by others in similar business areas. They had to dig up our recently planted landscape at front of our house, so I was nervous, but they did a super job of taking care of the new plantings, putting them all back just where they were supposed to be. Everything seems to be fine now, a month later, and growing healthy. They had to dig down along our basement wall to re-do waterproofing that was allowing moisture into our basement area.
